Creating new opportunities for real estate developers with higher returns for investors through the hospitality sector
Baar (CH)/Ras Al Khaimah (UAE), 20th of June 2024 – Swiss International and Avenew Marketing (Pvt) Limited entered into a strategic co-operation agreement whereby Avenew Marketing can offer hospitality solutions to developers for residence buildings and hotels.
Swiss International will operate these buildings in order for the investors to generate a higher return for their investments. All buildings will meet the standards of Swiss International and those of the Pakistani Green building code.
Avenew Marketing is in the business of real estate advisory through offering research-based Asset Best Utilization models as well as Sales, Marketing and Leasing services. Under our strategic co-operation agreement, Avenew Marketing will advise on hospitality solutions together with Swiss International for the selected projects where a potential for a substantial upside exists for the investors and owners though associating with a best-in-class hospitality brand.
Swiss International offers brands, such as Royal Swiss for luxury hotels, Swiss International for upscale hotels, Swiss Spirit Hotel & Suites for mid-scale hotels and YESINN by Swiss International for the economy and family hotels.
Avenew Marketing CEO, Mr. Naveed Khan commented on the agreement: “with Swiss International’s hospitality concepts, we can now offer a range of usage possibilities in the hospitality sector. This may range from hotels, like in the project of Swiss International DHA Bahalwalpur or like in the project of Swiss International Residences in Lahore Bahria.”
